I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me, only a short walk away from a great selection of restaurants, bars and shops. Additionally, there was a car rental service nearby which was very useful for exploring the area. The staff were always helpful and friendly, especially Natalia at the reception. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the pool area was a great spot to relax during the day. this hotel was a great value for the price I paid.
Nothing, all aspects of this hotel were exceptional.

The staff was rude and uncooperative, especially at the reception. A noisy AC and fridge made it difficult to sleep.

This hotel's location is unbeatable with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Going around the island is also convenient with nearby car rental services. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and everything appeared to be new! The staff was accommodating and friendly, assisting us with any requests we had throughout our stay.
One of the reception staff was unpleasant when we had concerns about a shower issue.

The hotel’s location was perfect with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We also appreciated the availability of a car and scooter rental service. The food was tasty and the staff were friendly and helpful with our requests.
The AC and fridge were noisy and the cleaning staff wasn't always considerate when we put the do not disturb sign up. the music at the pool area was on repeat and didn't change often.
